It’s so surreal when I think back to freshmen year, which feels like only yesterday and still somehow so long ago at the same time, when my captainn was holding my hands and patting them in puddles to clean off the mud and I called her “Mommy” and everyone called me “Foo Foo” and I was just that freshman who was chasing the upperclassmen every meet, every minute, and I was that sophomore pushing the upperclassmen to out-perform me, and I was that junior who shattered the school record and climbed to the top of the ranks in my school, and now I’m that senior, still fighting every meet and every minute to make sure my season goes on and on and on because I will never give up and I will never stop and I will never say “oh who cares, I’m in college” because I love this too fucking much to let it slip away.

Prom was amazing :)
Especially with such great friends at your side <3
Yearbook Quote of the Day: Eight high school seniors with the last name Nguyen joined forces to bring us the year’s best yearbook quote:
We know what you’re thinking, and no, we’re not related!
I just wanna go out with my friends and do something fun, or go on a walk to star gaze with his hand in mine, or step into the cage again so I can throw 135 because I really feel like this excitement bubbling inside me will help me do so.
But sadly I have a calc project. Darn.
IT FITSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so worried about my arms ripping the lace sleeves because they’ve gotten bigger from lifting. #throwerproblems
But prom is Friday and I’m getting so excited.
